Porcelain Veneers are thin, tooth colored porcelain shells that are custom made to bond to the front surface of your teeth.

Porcelain Veneers are excellent for treating chipped, discolored or misshaped teeth, especially in front teeth. They are an ideal option for improving shape, length, size and tooth color.

Porcelain Veneers require a minimal amount of tooth reduction and are, therefore, a more conservative restoration than a crown (capping). It is important however that the underlying tooth is strong, healthy and not heavily filled. Once placed, the Veneers are very strong and will resist most of the forces placed upon them by a normal diet.
